How to order CHANKO NABE:
Reservation is required. For Miso soup base, please make a reservation one day prior due to the preparation.

1. Choose the soup base: Soppu or Miso

2. Decide the amount (minimum of two orders). We recommend ordering less than the actual number of people in your party. The order for chanko Nabe does not reflect individual portions, but can contain up to 4 servings per stew pot. It's best to discuss your portion requirements with your servers who can help you decide how much you would like to have. But it's so good you might want more.

Suggestions for serving size:
2-3 persons: 2 orders in 1 pot
4-5 persons: 3-4 orders in 1 pot
6-8 persons: 5-6 orders in 2 pot

3. Select your order. Ingredents to choose from are:
Tofu, Beef, Clam, Chicken meat, Chicken meatballs, Shrimp, vegetables, Fish meatballs, Enoki Mushrooms, Pork, King Crab, Green Onion.

The "CHANKO NABE" is basically made of chicken meat and a variety of vegetables. It is very nutritious, healthy type of Japanese hot pot, traditionally eaten among “Sumo“ wrestlers.

In addition to a variety of course menus we serve, we prepare two kinds of original soup bases based upon your reservations. The “SOPPU” (SOY SAUCE BASE), or the “MISO” (SOY BEAN BASE), whichever you may prefer. We will arrange meals differently, depending on your needs and preference. For example, we are able to increase the number of appetizers and decrease the amount of cooking required.

Each private, purely Japanese style “TATAMI” ( Rice-straw matting, the traditional covering for floors ) room has been handcrafted to seat parties of us to 8 people. Also, upon prior request, we are able to provide seating for a party of up to 40 people.
